DECACS, Inc, has been in existence since 1995.  With its staff of highly qualified professionals, it has served the local community as well as the national community primarily through its outreach cultural enrichment programs. For the past 11 years, DECACS, Inc., has provided professional counseling and tutoring services, workshops, staff enrichment, cultural programming, community partnership, and critical prevention services to its clients.  It has also hosted several program initiatives such as: volunteer services in local community non-profit organizations; adult education; creative arts workshops, job training and development; and job readiness skills for adults program participants.
